Hotel Mergellina - Naples

The hotel features great proximity to Mergellina metro station. Noise from the street can be bothersome at night.

everything was nice, fairly clean hotel, exceptionally nice and handy location close to the main attractions. i had fine and spotless room with hypo-allergenic pillows. the bed was comfy and there were an electric kettle and a fridge.

Had a double room with mini-bar and air-conditioning, for example. Location close to the port, and the waterfront;))

The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the Mergellina metro station. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the summer heat. Breakfast offered good local options, especially the coffee. The staff were genuinely helpful, particularly in arranging transport.

Noise levels due to thin walls can be distracting!!! Shower cabin is cramped for taller guests!!! Parking options are limited!!! A little maintenance would also go a long way!!!

Super clean with a great breakfast selection, especially the croissants! A bit noisy, but the comfy beds and lovely atmosphere made it worthwhile. I'd definitely stay again.

Breakfast is primarily sweet, but the coffee stands out, capturing local flavors beautifully. Thin walls lead to noise disturbances at night, and a chest of drawers would improve the room's functionality.

The staff was knowledgeable and cheerful. the triple room was the best. - Private bathrooms, which included bidet, were cleaned daily. - the location of the hotel was magnificent, within walking distance of Lungomare Caracciolo.

The hotel was clean and staff were amicable. Had beautifully decorated and clean room complete with air-conditioning and mini-bar. - the venue was in a perfect location just off the waterfront, the sea and the main attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at Mergellina. the staff, especially Amelia at reception, were so kind, helpful, and always had great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. the breakfast staff were lovely and friendly, and the rooms were nicely decorated with a stylish touch. Despite being on a busy road, the double glazing and outside shutters kept the noise to a minimum, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the hotel is conveniently located near the American consulate and the waterfront, making it easy to explore the area. We felt safe and secure, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even lending us a spare laptop when we needed it. Mergellina exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property. 👍.

The rooms at Hotel Mergellina are absolutely fantastic! They are so cozy and comfortable, with the perfect amount of space for a solo traveler like me. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom was super clean and modern.

The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the view from the room. It wasn't the greatest, but hey, not everyone is here for the view, right?

We were kinda surprised by the nicely decorated rooms at Hotel Mergellina. They had a simple but stylish design, made us feel right at home. The staff, especially Amelia on reception, were fantastic. She were really good too make our stay enjoyable, recommending restaurants and helping us with our plans. The breakfast staff were also lovely and always greeted us with a smile. Despite being located on a fairly busy road, the double glazing and shutters kept the noise to a minimum. We also felt safe and secure with the pass key system. it was a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.
